Cookie Policy

What this website stores on your device, and what it does not.

Optional technologies

Analytics and advertising technologies, if enabled, are controlled as required by applicable law.

Separate purposes

Essential, analytics and advertising technologies have different purposes and legal controls.

Language in the address

Language is kept in the page URL, not a tracking cookie.

You stay in control

Browser settings can block or delete stored data. Privacy requests can also be sent to our privacy contact.

This Cookie Policy explains how EJER TECH GROUP uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies on ejercab.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, conversion tags and identifiers placed in URLs. They can support security, remember choices, measure website use or connect an advertising click with an enquiry.

2. Categories we may use

  • Strictly necessary: required for security, network delivery, form protection, consent records and functions specifically requested by you.
  • Analytics: help us understand page use, technical performance and how visitors reach the website.
  • Advertising: help measure advertisements, attribute enquiries and limit duplicate conversion reporting.
  • Personalisation: remember optional preferences where that functionality is offered.

3. Technologies and typical duration

Technology Purpose Category Typical maximum duration
Consent preference Records your privacy choices Strictly necessary 6 months
Security or form-protection storage Protects forms and detects abusive traffic Strictly necessary Session or provider-defined period
Source-attribution storage Remembers campaign, referrer or click-source information between visits Analytics or advertising Up to 90 days
Google Analytics cookies, such as _ga Measures website use and aggregated performance Analytics Up to 2 years
Google advertising cookies, such as _gcl_au or _gcl_aw Measures advertising clicks and conversions Advertising Up to 90 days
Microsoft or Yandex advertising identifiers Measures advertising campaigns and conversions Advertising Provider-defined period

The exact technologies present depend on the services enabled, your region, browser settings and privacy choices. Providers may update names or durations. We configure retention periods to be no longer than reasonably necessary.

4. Source attribution

When lawfully available, we may process UTM parameters, referring pages and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, MSCLKID or YCLID. This helps distinguish paid advertising, organic search, referrals and visits for which no source can be identified.

Where consent is required for storage or access to a device, cross-visit attribution storage remains disabled unless the required consent has been provided.

Strictly necessary technologies do not require consent where they are essential to provide a requested service. In regions requiring prior consent, analytics, advertising and other optional technologies remain disabled unless you make the relevant choice.

Where permitted by law, some limited processing may instead rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis. This does not remove any consent requirement that applies to storage or access on your device.

6. Google Consent Mode

If Google services are enabled, consent signals may be sent for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation. A denied signal limits the use of storage and personal data but may still allow restricted, cookieless measurement where legally permitted.

7. Your controls

You may accept or reject optional categories through the privacy controls provided on the website where available. You may also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent forms or security features from working correctly.

Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Your new choice applies to future use of optional technologies.

8. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable U.S. state law, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to opt out of covered sharing or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

9. Third-party providers

Third-party analytics, advertising, security and content providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Their use is also subject to the choices and technical controls described above.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies or legal requirements change.
